The Swan Hotel

This 17th Century coaching inn has a wealth of charm and character, enhanced by original features including beamed ceilings, stone floors and exposed walls plus three open fires and traditional furniture. The public bar has Sky TV, video jukebox and gaming machines, while the comfortable lounge bar, snug and restaurant offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere.We have 4 real ales that are Camra recommended.Guests can dine in any of the two bars, or in our restaurant. We have an extensive choice of traditional dishes and a daily specials board. The Restaurant can be booked for private functions - weddings, christenings, parties and meetingsThe six modern well-equipped bedrooms, all ensuite are located on the first floor. Two of the room have a linking door to make a family suite. Weekend breaks are also available.The Swan is situated at the top of the town and stands next to the Town Hall, close to the chippings free public car park.
