Take a walk back in time during early Texas history and experience for yourself by staying in one of these beautifully restored historic buildings. Please call us for a quote and check availability.Our buildings consist of: the 1847 Kuebler Waldrip Haus, (5,000 sq. ft.) a German pioneer limestone and timber log homestead was built by Andreas and Katherine Pape of Hanover Germany has 5 bedrooms and 5 private baths (2 with jacuzzis); the 1863 Danville Schoolhouse, (2,500 sq. ft.) an original Texas schoolhouse, named for Texas Ranger Daniel Murchison, was moved to our ranch from Solms in Comal County in 1990. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 private baths (1 jacuzzi). Deer Haven Cottage (1,000 sq. ft.) a cozy 3 bedroom cottage with tile floors, a jacuzzi bath, living room, and kitchen was previously our barn.Historical note: Rocks added to the Kuebler Waldrip Haus building consist of 51% from St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and 49% Comal County Jailhouse rock.
