The Relands Guesthouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in our chalets, situated in the garden of our house. They are all en-suite and all nine rooms have tv, fridge, microwave, hair dryer and tea and coffee facilities. The annexes are situated in the extensive garden. All rooms are strictly non smoking. We have seating areas within the garden, and we have wi-fi available FOC.The Relands Guesthouse is set in a superb rural location yet conveniently situated close to the M42 motorway, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station. The M42 gives easy access to the M6, M6-Toll, M40 and M5 motorways. The Airport and Station are 5 minutes away and we are near to the National Exhibition Centre (nec). We offer a pick-up service from the airport and railway station and we take you to the NEC and also pick you up. This service is inclusive with the price.
