The open space apartment includes a living area with satellite TV and videorecorder, a kitchen with dining area, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The terrace offers a gorgeous sight on the garden and the village of Subbiano. From the first floor two steep stairs approach to two small towers with a single bed in each. The apartment had been built with great care to thermic isolation so as to garantee optimal comfort in summer and winter. A characteristic wood- stair situated on the back of the villa permits to enter the apartment. In the garden of 400 m2 there’s a swimming pool 5x11m equipped with nocturnal lighting system, tennis table, firewood, barbecue, wood pergola, and parking. Domestic animals allowed, available centralized heating, bed for children and air condition on demand.
