In the center of Rome just a few steps from Saint Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums, Nicolo' III a San Pietro BandB offers all the comforts of a warm and familiar environment.Our BandB is located in an elegant and quiet area very close to Rome's famous sites such as Castel Sant'angelo, Borgo Pio, Piazza Navona, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Navona and Colosseo are all within walking distance.Trastevere and Campo de' Fiori are just a few minutes walk away for you to enjoy 'Notte Romane', Roman night life. Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo are just a few metres away, a shopaholic's paradise with all their designer boutiques.Located very close to Gianicolo from where you can enjoy a breath taking view of Rome, with the Bambino Gesu' and Santo Spirito in Sassia hospitals only a mere 3 minutes away by car.Our accommodation is situated on the 3rd floor of an early 1900's period building recently refurbished with spacious rooms available in either a double or twin beds facility.Our rooms have all the comforts you would expect including air conditioning, central heating, satellite tv, free complementary refreshments tray, ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle and hair dryer.A baby sleeping cot and ironing facilities are also available upon request.Breakfast is self serviced and can be consumed either in the kitchen area or in your room as you so wish.Breakfast consists of tea, coffee, fruit juice, milk, jam, chocolate, french toasts, toasted bread, cornetti, honey. Complimentary mineral water is always available for our guests.Our rooms are serviced daily, towels are changed every day and sheets every three days.Check-in is from 12.30pm and check-out is at 10.30am.
