The recently built, is located on the upper floor of a villa in the nicest area of Noto.The structure was designed to be a small, charming hotel, then it was decided to turned into a B& B.In our B& B you will find beautiful rooms all with own bathroom, furnished with taste. In addition each room is air conditioned, soundproof with fridge and TV. All the rooms being a house, have balconies and verandas overlooking the garden, where you can enjoy total privacy, tranquility and comfort. The property is equipped with a large hall, about 70 sqm with living room to enjoy your relaxation, with a PC connected to the internet, and a kitchenette where you can eat something in the maximum relax. Also adjacent to the facility parking spaces, which allows you to conveniently park your car.
