The house is located about a 10 minute walk away from Cardiff's vibrant city centre, making it an ideal base for a weekend visit or a longer stay for workbusiness reasons. Sapphire Street is a closed end street leading off Clifton Street which is a secondary trading Street providing a vast range of take-away food outlets, friendly hostelries and many useful shops and a bank with an ATM machine.The house is set back from the pavement by a small forecourt and there is on-road parking available. The front door opens to a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and a door to the open-plan loungedining area. There is comfortable seating for six people and a dining table which can also seat six.
