Appartamento Ad Arte is located between Cure and Campo di Marte, a pleasant quarter Sud-West of Florence City Center, in a bourgeois house of the early '900, we offer a 754 sq (70 sqm) apartment consisting of 4 rooms on two levels, on the second and last floor of the building (51 steps).The interior was just renovated in 2010 and decorated with care in a classic Italian style.At the first floor you will find a fully furnished kitchen and dining room,a bathroom,a bright living room with TV LCD, DVD Home Theater and Free Internet Wireless; all the floor are in characteristic Tuscany grid of the early '900 .In the attic (15 steps): windowed bathroom with shower, double bedroom, double bedroomstudy, small terrace, parquet floors. Inside the apartment you will appreciate the permanent exposition and sale of paintings and sculptures by the artist Alessandra Camera.The convenient location allows you to reach by walk (2.5 km) the downtown, with the amazing Ponte Vecchio, The Duomo, The Uffizi museum and all the other main attractions or you can easily take public services as bus and train both very close to the apartment that allow you to reach place like Siena or Pisa.Laundry, cinema, supermarkets, local market of fresh food and traditional restaurants are also available in a short distance (we'll provide you a map).
