“Tiger airways should be run out of business, we neither need them in the industry and the world would not be sucked into this company and its shocking policies. My son missed his flight because he went to the old terminal at Gold Coast airport,which has now been moved 1500 metres away, not being a regular flyer, he then went to security gate before checking in, by the time he was directed to the check in he was 5 minutes late although the passengers were in the process of boarding, rather than let him catch his flight, they cancelled his ticket and insisted he pay $85 to re-book and wait 6 hours until the next flight, great fXXXing service you inconsiderate bunch of morons. I then called tiger airways and the only person I could speak to was in Asia and couldn't understand english, when asked for a bit of consideration regarding my sons prediciment, she pretends to be a robot, I'm sorry sir you must Pay the money to rebook, there is nothing I can do, I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she insisted I was speaking with one and there was no-one else in the entire of tiger airways that I could ask for a review of this decision.”

“I try to contact your company to informed that my daughters name Aivean Jeneel Lamsen need to add the "N" letter in her last name because I received the Itinenary and found that missing letter and I do'nt want to make any problem when the time of our flight on Aug. 9 until 28, 2011 got big problem.PLEASE correct my girl names and I really appreciate if you will send me email for the correct Itinenary flight and Iwould like you know i send so many email for this problem still I do'nt receive any news or email to reply my request. PLEASE MAKE SOME ACTION FOR THIS REQUEST. THANK YOU”
