“To my misfortune I fly this route often and it is always an odyssey. The departures are never on time, I also had delays of seven hours without any explanation or information from the new departure time. The ground staff is very rude and uncooperative, waiting rooms dirty, bathrooms impassable. I think that TAAG is one of the worst airlines in the world.”
