“Please, aware this company. They don't care about customer service. i purchased 4 tickets my family and myself Munich-Moscow flight online. At the beginning I was going to buy trough AirBerlin and S7 airline offered a better deal for the same flight so I decided why not. My credit card was chared for $750 right away and felt secure that I purchased our seats. The problem start when we got to Munich airport. At check in desk the lady of Air Berlin said that we are not at passenger list. I was so confused. AirBerlin tried to contact via phone with S7 airline but for 30 min calling them nobody answered. We had no other choice to purchase extensive tickets. I was so angry and upset, the good thing that we had extra money to able to purchase new tickets. When we got to Domodedovo the S7 representatives said they cannot help us, you can send a letter to Siberia and started laughing at us. It was very painful. Nobody said sorry. Please aware.”
