“This has to be the worst airline of the world. I was traveling to a wedding and had a hand luggage and a cover for dresses I was taking to wear in the wedding. Pluna staff failed to warn me during check in that my hand luggage was to big for the airplane, so only when I was boarding the plane, a crew member explained I would have to be separated from my luggage and they would have to put it under the stairs of the airplane. Travelled for more than 30 yrs and this has never occurred to me. I put the dresses on the luggage space above my seat. But the situation caused me so much discomfort that when the plane landed all I could think of was to collect my hand luggage, hence I forgot the dresses on the plane. I was quick to remember of them when I was queueing to pass through the passport control, and ran to an airport assistant to contact Pluna staff to collect the dresses. She did it in front of me and asked me to keep calm, and to collect the dresses at the lost and found counter. I got there and nothing has been done. An 18yr old guy was the "experienced" member of staff that was there with two other members but because the other 2 were new on the job he could not leave earlier. It took one hour after the plane landed for someone to go there and check the airplane. They did not found anything I was told. After speaking to 10 other people and being taken to the airport police (which said it was Pluna's responsibility cause it happened on the plane not on earth), someone from Pluna told me the person checked the luggage above seat number 10. I was seated on row 5 and said that more than once. She even told me she believe the dresses were still on the plane that was flying with new crew and passengers to Florianopolis. This because there were 10 planes arriving at the same time and it was not enough time for them to check the plane in Montevideo. So they search the plane and found nothing. Pluna simply washed their hands, without contacting me (not once) and offering”
