Donbassaero, founded in 1933 under the name Donetsk State Airline, is an Ukrainian airline owned by bank PrivatBank. Its headquarters is located in the airport of Donetsk. Donbassaero operates domestic and international scheduled flights to several destinations in Europe and western Asia. Its main hub is the international airport of Donetsk (DOK), while the secondary base is located in the airport of Kiev-Boryspil (KBP). Donbassaero filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations on 14 January 2013.
