The company headquarters is located in Fiumicino, while the commercial department is located in Gallarate, near Varese. Blue Panorama is the owner of Blue-Express, a subsidiary dedicated to low cost flights. “Absolute WORST AIRLINE I've ever travelled with. I was forced to check in my carry on (later to find out that I could easily fit it in the cabin) and later finding out that it was lost and never arrived in Santorini. Extremely poor customer service, very rude and unhelpful, can't speak English (how can an international airport like Rome not have a single person that can handle problems like this in English?!) they ruined my honeymoon, made me lose my job and worst of all, made me lose all the documents needed to go back to my home country. NEVER choose this airline for any of your trips!!!!”

“I was on the return flight from Cancun on 11 of September, it has been the worst trip in my life ever! Somebody told me that the pilots had no idea that they did not had to get aboard a passenger, but had to bring back to Mexico two people that were on the plane and that were being expected by Interpol, so by not knowing the truth they preferred not to scare us by inventing a broken engine (which is a classic)..only when we reached Mexico they realized the truth...by the way the aircrafts are obscene, the baths are dirty and the board crew is not professional, as the flight company. To not mention the food, which is awful, we were crowded, it felt like being encaged...I must say the ouytward voyage has been great, a bit long, but the plane was half-full, I was sitting near the business class, I was able to stretch, and by using the empty seats I was able to lie down. The kindful hostess informed me about a turbulence 4 hours after the take off (punctual), and about the Nancy hurricane nearby Cuba...a bit old but efficient. Unfortunately because of the return will pass some time before I will book another flight by them.”

The seats were broken and the toilet was emitting a bad smell. The thing that I remember more clearly is the fuel smell just before the take off. One thing is certain: we will not fly by Blue Panorama again.”

“Travel of the 7/08/2012 return the 21/08/2012. I don't want to repeat what the others customers have already wrote, because it would reflect everything that happened even to us. So what do I have to say, the plane was dirty, old and scruffy, not to mention the return with a delay of more than 2 hours before leaving. Try to imagine to stay in an airport by night, always waiting for the flight announcement, it has been so stressful..then finally they embark the travelers and..you find that the plane smells like dirty bathrooms, (we thought that they had not enough time to clean them up)..we were about to vomit, and many felt ill. We told that to the hostesses, but they looked like they were finally coming down to earth, then we all complained but they kept nodding without giving us answers, always smiling for kindness or just because is their duty, and they dare to make us pay even 2,50 € for a small bottle of water. Aren't they ashamed of their obscene planes? Nevermore a travel with them, I'm still disgusted. To make some preliminary remarks, it was not a last minute flight, and not even cheap. Standing to all the negative experiences, If you can, do not travel with them, ever.”

“Planes in really bad conditions, armchairs without armrests and consumed upholstery. A 12 hours flight and the best thing that they give you is a small pillow 10x15 cm to bunk. The board crew is nonprofessional: while returning from Cancun (11/09/2012) after one hour the commander raised the alarm and announced the immediate landing to Cancun, due to a technical glitch and saying that we are going to release the fuel while flying, imagine the fear among the passengers. Once landed without any problem, we realized that actually they only had to embark a woman and two children rejected by the mexican customs by an interpol's order! Imagine the anger of the people due to that unmotivated alarm, when they could just have told the truth without spreading the panic through 300 people. I hope that my travel mate will read this too, and that will spread in internet those informations about the non-professionality of this company. The explanations gave by the stewards were contradictories, even they, did not justified themselves. I am asking myself how is possible to request a return of a foreign plane, that in that moment represent legally italian territory, for such an unessential motivation and on wich the commander have absolute authority, despite any other police corp. Needless to say that the company did not deign the passengers of any other information worthy of a civil country.”

“A DREADFUL company!!!! Nightmarish travel!!!! I've never travelled in such a scandalous way....departure: BOLOGNA/PALMA it was late of more than 2 hours....the embark lasted 1 hour and a quarter and we had to stop to Minorca not expected....in total 4 hours more than the expected...for a travel of 1 hour and a half it required 6 hours!!!! Return: the flight was on time (10 min. late), but when we were about to take off the commander announced that due to air traffic we were not allowed to take off....everyone on the plane was already wearing the safety belts....the waiting minutes became an entire hour and a half, in the Palma's airport, waiting for anything....We arrived in Bologna at 21.15 and as if that were not enough it took an half hour to disembark us from the plane....everyone in a queue in a small corridor, it was like choking....the suitcases over the conveyor belt, to go out with a bang, arrived after 40 minutes of waiting.....what a NIGHTMARE!!!! Do not travel with BLUE PANORAMA”

“Do not ever fly Blue Panorama, old and worn out planes, in my opinion those aircrafts shouldn't fly anymore because of the danger, during the return journey a strong smell of kerosene jet-A1 (the aircraft's fuel), had contaminated all the plane, there is not any cabin pressurization.”

“Round trip by Blue Panorama from Rome to Cancun. Old, dirty and uncomfortable plane, considering it was an intercontinental route. The meals are awful. The displays, used to see movies, are only for VHS ad they dosn't work properly. Specially on the return journey, the board crew seemed restless. Consider that in more than 10 hours of travel, except for the "meal" and the "snack", we had to arise to get some water, and each time felt like we were disturbing the hostess. My impression is negative, by the way.”

“My wife booked a plane ticket in business class for her, and three economy class plane tickets for her three children, for the flight Milan/Rome/Mahe. While doing the check in, they communicated her that they should have had changed to a plane without the business class (with no advance notice). This plane, other than being small and uncomfortable, did a stopover in Luxor to refuel, while we booked a flight with only one stopover, in Rome. Result: my wife has travelled in the economic class with the children, sitting on uncomfortable seats. The flight landed with a delay of 2 hours.”
