“Flight 9U 834, due to take off 14:40 21st July from Stansted going to Chisinau. The plane had a problem and a part had to be fixed.The airline refused to tell the passengers what was happening, if the staff were approached they were told to go away and treated like animals instead of paying customers. Every few hours they were told that they would be leaving soon and moved from one gate to another - this was nothing but a distraction so people stop asking questions. During this time I was calling customer service in Chisinau,they don't have a number for the UK. After 20 phone calls and an 1h30mins,someone picked up and said that they can't do anything and gave us a mobile number for their representative in the airport, they just wanted to get us off the phone and didn't say what the problem was or that they were escalating it to management. We tried calling their UK representative who was in Stansted airport, but she didn't pick up. We gave us after several attempts.At around 11:30PM, they were told that they would need to take taxis to a hotel about 40 minutes away.They were told that they would need to be back at the airport for around 7AM to catch a 9AM flight. The passengers went back to the airport, to find that there was no replacement flight.They have been stranded in the airport all day today,it's currently 15:00.The airport representatives told the truth.There was a defective light on the plane which they fixed, but AirMoldova were refusing to pay.The AirMoldova representative is unprofessional and crying, even though she hasn't once told the truth.She says that they are going to borrow another plane. They were just told to book flights with Rynair,pay themselves& get refunded on arrival.Off course, noone believes anything from AirMoldova.Worst customer experience ever. AirMoldova should have paid for them to fly back with other carriers or at least told them to stay at the hotel and rest instead of keeping them running round an airport for”

“Very expensive tickets - prepare to pay 2,3X price plus in some cases you have to pay for luggage. The food portions became small and the drinks are provided in a very small plastic glasses(~50 gramms). If your place is in the second part of the plane the crew wont allow you to use WC from the face part. Routes to the nearest neighbor countries(Romania and Ukraine) cost much more than tickets to the London, Dublin, Lisbon and Paris.”
