Belle Air Sh.pk, known under the trade name of Belle Air, is the first Albanian low-cost airline, founded in May 2005 and operational since March 1, 2006. The company headquarters is located in Tirana. Belle Air operates scheduled flights to many European destinations, with a strong focus on Italy, Germany and Greece. His primary technical base is located at the airport Nënë Tereza-Rinas (TIA) in the Albanian capital, the secondary hub at the airport Adem Jashari (PRN) in Pristina. Because of financial problems, Belle Air has suspended flight operations in November 2013.

“The worst airline I ever travel with!I did my check in 2 hours early, and on the ticket say to wait at gate 11 actually the plane was at gate one!i ask someone 20 min before the plane went off and they say to me sorry the gate is closed and you bagage is coming back. They never call are names or anything.And no one will explain to you anything (they don't give a ...) very disappointed you pay money and they make you look like stupid!”

“They are cowboys. Their complaints procedure is a joke. They have an email address that no one ever replies. Which seems that they can get away with anything and customers can't do anything about it.Recently bought a ticket for a mate and I released as soon as I hit the confirm purchase button that the name was wrong. I went on their website to see what I could do, and I read on their t&cs that you could change details on your ticket without having to buy a new on e up to 3 hrs before flight departure. I rang the number on their website, it rang then the auto message started playing as if i was on hold after a couple of minutes another message played where it said that the extension number cannot answer the call and their inbox is full so you can't leave a message either. I tried all their other numbers shown on their website, with no luck/ answer.Went to the airport early to try and get resolved, but their staff only show their face 2 hrs before departure.Ended up having to purchase a completely new ticket.”

“Kjo kompani duhet te investikohet terresisht. Nuk kan pik respekti per klientet.This is the most bad airline I have ever travelled with. They don't really care for the customers. I was 1 hour early at the airport and they told me "YOU MISSED YOUR FLIGHT" I was at the airport at 5am and the flight was at 6am. Unbelievable service and very untrained disrespectful staff. Never again. I love British airways.”

“The airline is one of the worst I've ever flown with in my life. Amteurs in every way. Always delays, sometimes up to 7 hours, and no excuse!!! No single flight was ever in time! Of course, there is always someone else to blame. No customer service, at least it is not lived and working, the costumer service! In my opinion, you should avoid this airline and the license should be disbar from BelleAir! A very big disaster!”

“We will never again fly with Belleair. The worse airplane company. It is incredible how bad their service is, they should not be allowed to operate. On our way to viena the cancelled our flight a few hours in advance. A member of our family had to pay so much money extra to be in Vienna they day they had . On our way back we get to the airport and they delayed our flight 12 hours. No notification, not anything at all except a 3euro voucher for drinks. Do yourself a big favor and spend a few extra euros by choosing another airline. Seriously, ANY airline except belleair.”

“My advise is: AVOID THIS AIRLINE. This airline is an absolute disaster. They are just thieves. I booked my flight months in advance and then they cancelled it at the last minute. They refused to get me on another flight and have not yet reombursed me (6months later!). I had to buy a very expensive last-minute replacement flight. Clearly the reason is that they did not have enough passangers on that flight and so simply cancelled it. This is unacceptable. I now know that many people have had similar stories. I will never book with them again, and I would warn against anyone doing so either.”
