I use to fly frequently with az despite everything it is a good company, even if the good times of the 80s are gone, the board crew was fabulous, even without doing anything; today everything is very ordinary the route MI RM has been improved; fast track and check in super fast should offer on this route spaces more comfortables or (by paying) a superior service level (for example trays to eat breakfast or lunch or dinner).
Impeccable flight; ground crew and board crew kind. Comfortable plane; free drinks and adjustable seats. The check in system is fast, and the ground crew is helpful. I had no problems with the hand luggage or anything. It costs a little bit more, but certainly it is better than Ryanair or Easyjet.
