“BMIBABY? Hands down the worst airline I have ever flown. On my way there my flight got cancelled and I had to wait a few hours to be rebooked. But my return flight was far worse. First they changed my flights TWICE. I had alot of luggage and called ahead to ask how much I could bring& what the charges were. I was told by two different reps on two different occasions that because I was flying international I could check two bags up to 50 pounds each free of charge. When I arrived at the airport I was informed that my second bag would cost $105 to check. And then they told me that my carry on bag (which I have brought on numerous airlines no problem countless times and fit the BMI dimensions) had to be checked as well. Grand total in luggage fees: $210. I'm a student and that is alot of money for me which I would have avoided paying if I had not been lied to by their customer service repeatedly. In addition to this they checked my bags to the wrong place at the Washington DC airport causing me to miss my next flight since I had to wait for my bags to be brought to customs from the arrivals area before I could continue on my journey. So now I had to wait another 5 hours in the airport for another flight. And to top it all off, every single person I spoke to at the airport was incredibly rude. Even Ryan Air gives better service than BMI. I will NEVER fly with them ever again and I don't know why the hell they are still in business considering how many horrible reviews they have. I guess its because of unsuspecting customers like me.”
