Dear all,We travel often. For the first time we confronted with inattention towards passengers. We have a problem with the flight from Milano Orio Al Serio to St Petersburg 17.07.2011 at 2.10 p.m. (IV 374) N tickets 6490848/2011.We have no information and assistance about our flight. At the airport we were at 12 hours. No information was on the scoreboard (only number of flights and gate). Our flight late (2 hours 20 minutes). And all time we saw on the scoreboard this information. We did not have information about number of check –in/desk (look at file 1043).Several times we approached to info desk. The girl sent us to the check-in? 33-34. There was nobody there and there was no information. We heard our name and approached to info desk again. We sent by the girl back to check-in? 33-34. There was nobody there.My husband was standing near the boards with the information, I went over all the check-in. There was no information about the our flight. Again we went to the info-point and asked girl to clarify our flight, call the center. We sent by the girl in front 33-34 and said that she knew nothing more.At 16.00 we went to check-in to Catania and we were told that registration for the St. Petersburg has already ended. As a result, we had to fly from another airport (Milan Linate), pay for tickets to airport and new tickets to St Petersburg (we have receipts), lose work-day.
