“My experience with Saudia Airline is a nightmare! Me and my brothers ticket randomly got canceled for no reason. No one was able to help me and get my ticket back. I had to pay 1300 for a new ticket on a different flight because I had university and I couldn't be absent. My brother got his Saudia ticket 2 days late and was forced to pay 650 dollar extra. I feel very sad that I was treated in such a poor way. I lost over 1600 dollars for a mistake that wasent even mine. I will never forgive them and I will never reccomend this company to anyone! Sad to see that they lost a good and loyal customer. Thanks for listening to my rant<3!!”

“The plane's service and quality is as by law enacted. The aircraft are new and the in-flight service is good. By having to stay several hours in the airport I made and inquiry (by Saudi) into the service that I would have found on the ground. They told me that they would have had gave me the assistance that I would have required, even the voucher to use free drinks and food. Unexpected. If somebody propose you a flight with a long stop in Jeddah, just renounce, the airport sucks and is pretty small, it is dirty as a dunghill. The only place you can stay in, if you don't want to stay in the main side of the building, is the VIP area, which is expensive, small and dirty. Crowded and cold. In short, stopping many hours in Jeddah's airport is not recommendable, it would be better to book by a normal company and spend a bit more, rather than staying in a place like that.”
