“The first flight (departure) was three hours late and at the return was two hours late. Two months later, the flight was so late that they actually put us in a hotel for 48 hours! On the plane ticket they write that there is only one stop, Frankfurt, but they actually do two stops (Cairo), at the return we were supposed to fly direct but they do a stop in Kharthoum. The board crew is kind and helpful but there are no blankets or pillows.”
